Our team processes orders between Monday and Friday. Most U.S. orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency. All customers receive tracking numbers via email as soon as the order is fulfilled.
We are not liable for any delays in shipments or lost items. If tracking reads as delivered and you have not received it or lost in transit, you must make a formal complaint with your post office or delivery service. Once product leaves our warehouse we have no control of the package and accept no responsibility.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location, what item(s) you ordered and due to circumstances outside of our control, such as weather, strikes or holiday season rush.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return your product for a full refund less shipping fees. Product must be returned within the 14-day period.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES
Our system calculates international shipping prices to a select number of countries. If you are trying to place an order and the store does not give you a shipping quote for your location, please contact us at info@hydrosilex.com to help you and possibly put you in contact with a distributor in your area.
For international orders, delays can occur in-transit or holds at the local customs office so it's possible that an order can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes to your country. You must be aware of any such import duties before placing your order.
TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. We have no control over these import duties.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the original packaging and you need to provide a proof of purchase (receipt).
We will accept a return of the products for refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of purchase date. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: You must return all microfiber towels, the Tire Shine Applicator, and the bottles to be eligible for a refund (if applicable) if any are used or not returned you are not eligible for a refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since product purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for products returned incorrectly or in error.
If any item(s) are returned outside of the Refund Policy terms, they will not be shipped back and will not be refunded.

When returning merchandise please make sure to include your receipt/invoice, name, order number, email address and phone number so we can process your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven (7) days of receiving your return merchandise.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note it can take 3- 5 business days for the funds to be processed back into your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hydrosilex.com.
Shipping A Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund shipping charges. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
